Gadena Valley is located on the eastern edge of the Sette Comuni Plateau and has been recognised as the possible passage to the Marcesina Plateau (at 1300 m a.s.l.) and its several Epigravettian sites. One of these is the important Riparo Dalmeri, which is situated on the north side of this area. Preliminary studies developed in the Riparo Gadena allowed to discover some elements that could be very interesting for the future project research, within the framework of the palaethnological and palaeoenvironmental reconstruction of the pre-alpine fascia.
